End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Ranch Golf Groups (“Licensor”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Ranch Golf Groups web application (“Software”) solely for your personal, non-commercial use in organizing golf trips, events, and group tee times.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software
  • Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or commercially exploit the Software
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, logos, or labels in the Software

3. Ownership

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and remain the exclusive property of Ranch Golf Groups. These Terms do not convey to you any rights of ownership in or to the Software.

4. Updates and Changes

Licensor may update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice. Continued use of the Software after any update constitutes acceptance of the modified Software.

5. Third-Party Services

The Software integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, and Vercel for hosting. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RANCH GOLF GROUPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. Licensor may also terminate this license at any time at its sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
