Ranch Golf Groups is a platform for organizing golf trips, tournaments, events, and group tee times. Features include player registration, team management, scoring, and group communication tools.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
  • Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, scores, trip details, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and store it for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

6. Group Administrators

Group commissioners and administrators have elevated access to manage members, events, and tee times within their group. They are responsible for ensuring that use of those tools complies with these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ranch Golf Groups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
